We will help you choose the perfect destination and resort to suit your wants and budget, as well as your family & friends. Whether your plan is just the two of you eloping, or to include 200 people on your special day, every guest will get the same attention, and also have a stress free experience.  As wedding specialist's, we travel to different destinations and resorts on a regular basis so that we know what each one has to offer and can make the best recommendations for you. We have personal relationships with wedding coordinators and vendors in many destinations so that we can help you plan the perfect day!

 

Services include:

Picking a destination & resort – In our initial consultation we will discuss group size, where your guests are travelling from, budgets, both yours, and your guests, what type of wedding you are wanting, group events and excursions, legalities of the ceremony, and more. From this, we will be able to recommend specific tour operators, destinations, and resorts. And also explain the differences in the tour operators, and what group benefits that may include.

Wedding date availability – We make sure that the resorts suggested to you have wedding availability during the week you will be travelling. Once you have chosen a resort, we will secure the wedding date and time for you. You will also be introduced to the resort wedding coordinator via email when it is time to start planning your wedding.

 

Group travel  – Do you have guests travelling from different cities within Canada? No problem! Each guest is important, and we work with each one individually to make sure that they enjoy their vacation experience as well. Payment plans with each guest can also be worked out if needed so that they don’t have to pay the entire amount at once if they choose. You will be kept up to date on the guest list and changes to it so that you know who will be attending. As the bride and groom, you may want to arrive in destination a few days ahead of your group so that everything is prepared when your guests arrive, and you can spend all your time with them. We will help you plan your specific travel dates outside of the group, and also arrange your honeymoon, to stay after the group departs, move to another resort in the same destination, or travel to an entirely new destination.

 

Transfers & excursions – We can arrange private transfers for your group in destination, as well as group tours and excursions.

 

Save the Dates– We will send out save the dates by email to each of your guests with all of the trip details, pricing, and how to book.

Documents & Luggage tags – Each guest will receive a package in the mail, with their travel documents before their departure. The package will also include custom luggage tags with your picture, names, and wedding date.
